Are your Immune Systems Strong or Compromised? August 24th, 2009

At this time of great change on the planet it is most important to keep our immune systems strong. If you already have strong immune systems, FANTASTIC, continue to strengthen them and if your immune systems are compromised in any way it is imperative to work on building and healing the weaknesses in the immune systems. Strengthening the immune systems of the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical bodies are especially important.

How do we know if we have a strong immune system or a compromised immune system? Those with strong immune systems will have a cleansing (not a virus or infection) once every seven years. This is actually a cleansing of the respiratory, lymphatic and immune systems with clear fluids being released from the lungs, sinuses and lymph nodes. This cleansing clears old dormant viruses that don’t have to come into activity because of one’s strong immune systems. Those with moderately strong immune systems will have this cleansing once every 4 to 5 years and may have a slight infection or virus in between. Those with lowered immune systems will contract colds, flu, infections, and allergies etc. every 6-18 months. If one has a compromised immune system there will colds, flu, infections and allergies on and off throughout the year and they are open to more deadly diseases and viruses.

Why is it so important to have a strong immune system? Many flu viruses and other viruses are being released into the environment. Many of the viruses that are being released are mutated which means they will become stronger and stronger with each wave. There is no “cure” for these and the new vaccines are largely untested and may create harm on already compromised immune systems. I am in no way saying to forego medical advice and assistance or vaccinations from your doctor if that is what you chose. I am sharing and bringing to your conscience awareness to search more deeply what is appropriate for you and your loved ones. Free will choice is always in effect and must be honored.

How does one build the immune systems? There are many ways. Some of my favorites are: Tai Yi energy work, nutrition, exercise, rest, herbs, supplements, happiness, relationships, living your purpose, joy, laughter, breath work, and dancing to name a few. For any of these to be effective, one must be committed to the healing of themselves and searching what is in the way of health and strength in all the bodies without fear, anxiety or judgment.
