The Spirit Moves Studio is currently offering the following classes:

CELEBRATION OF LIFE thru dance

Misha Izattiu and the Spirit Moves Studio (soon to be Shadai Healing Studios) is proud to announce the new CELEBRATION OF LIFE classes on Thursday evenings from 7-9pm @ So Be It Studio located at 917 Front Street Ste. 260 Louisville, CO 80027.

The classes focus on having fun and integrating our higher selves, higher minds, and souls through joyful, playful movement, music, dance, meditation and sound vibration. The dance floor @ So Be It is a raised floor with sound hearts under the dance floor. We will feel the vibration of the music through the floor as well as through the speakers enhancing the journey of heartfelt joy.

MASTERING YOUR LIGHT
Basic class

This class will teach you how to bring more joy and love into your life by clearing your energy field and your environment, and keeping them clear.

During the class, you will experience in-the-moment changes in yourself - as well as the space we are working in. I will share several techniques with fun ways to remember them on your own, to assist in integrating the tools quickly and easily. You will experience more energy, clearer thinking and a faster manifestation of what you desire. Come prepared to move, laugh and play. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a notebook, pen and a water bottle.
